Since we established Marnix in Singapore in 2011 we have been on a rapid journey from in house broker to Marubeni to a highly diversified brokerage business. In 2018 we successfully extended our reinsurance licence to include direct broking in Singapore.
We derive great benefit in terms of recognition from customer and suppliers from the prestigious Marubeni brand and are part of a truly global group with 430 consolidated companies and a work force in excess of 40,000 colleagues. We are also building a formidable reputation for professionalism and trust among a broad range of Marnix clients.
Our current portfolio comprises facultative, facilities and treaty reinsurance but our extended licence also enable us to provide professional advice and risk consulting services as well as insurance solutions to our clients, many of who have their regional headquarters in Singapore.
We also continue to grow apace with the development of the Singapore market as a major reinsurance hub.
